During our transition period between Connecticut and Hawaii, we spent time with Brian’s family in California and took a couple day trips. One was to Palm Springs, where there used to be a giant Marilyn Monroe statue with her dress flowing in the air. It’s not there anymore, which was kinda disappointing at the time. But have no fear, we found her in Honolulu… not quite as big but it sufficed.
