Photography Inquiries

Welcome! I am guessing you landed here because you’re interested in my photography skills. I’m happy to help service your needs, but please read the following so your expectations are met.

I picked up photography during quarantine as a hobby in March 2020. My skills have improved greatly and I invested in a Nikon D780, which for all intents and purposes is a professional camera. Aside from the one official course I took, I’ve learned photography by doing. As of this post, I’ve done two paid family sessions and a third, my first, unpaid (unless bringing me dinner counts).

I feel my prices reflect my skillset. If you are looking for a professional, experienced, instagram-perfect photographer I am not it. If you’re looking for an affordable, good quality, low pressure, minimal editing photography experience then I am your person.

So far I’ve only done family photoshoots, but would love the opportunity to try homecomings, engagements, etc.

For now, I hesitant to post children’s faces on the internet. I will always ask your permission before doing so. Once the pictures are in your hands, you can do what you want with them. I understand that makes it hard to know my quality, but I am happy to send reviews or do a live screen share of my work.

A photography session with me includes:

  • 1-1.5 hours of photographing
    • Gentle posing by me
      • Walking holding hands
      • Children run toward me
      • Kissing
      • Piggy back rides
      • Jumping
    • Feel free to bring ideas from Pinterest
  • If the session is on Lanikai beach
    • Parking in Lanikai
    • Bathroom before and after
    • Hoses for sand washing
  • Digital photos
    • All the RAW, unedited photos from the session
    • Edits
      • A first pass by me of picking out the best of’s and editing them
      • 10 re-dos, photos of your choosing you’d like edited differently/further
      • Option to request more edits for additional fees

This package is $150. Extra edits come in packages of 10 for $30.
